- Any member of the NDWGA may nominate a woman for the Hall of Fame.
- Nominee must be at least 45 years of age and have participated in a minimum of 10 NDWGA sponsored tournaments.
- Three (3) letters of support must be received by the first of March during the
same year. The nominee will be approved/disapproved by the executive
board of the NDWGA.
- Letters for the nominee should include such things as:
- An outstanding golfer
- An active golf participant
- Active in encouraging junior golf
- A tournament director
- A leader in local golf
- A leader in the NDWGA
